Southeast Wisconsin’s construction industry and Milwaukee Tool invites you to a high-energy celebration bringing tradeswomen together to build connections, champion peer support, and showcase the innovation, talent, and leadership shaping the industry.

This event brings women and allies from across the trades together to celebrate progress, challenge stereotypes, and highlight the many ways women are shaping the future of construction. Through connection, mentorship, and shared experiences, we can strengthen the network of women in the industry and create a culture where the next generation feels supported to build their own path.

Connect with industry professionals and allies
Hear from industry leaders about peer support and resources available to women in the trades
Cheer on local tradeswomen as they showcase Milwaukee Tool’s women’s workwear, PPE and tools
Enjoy drinks, hearty appetizers, and a night of celebration

This event is open to everyone in the industry to network and celebrate together.
